Orabank Togo Launches Digital Servies Platform KEAZ

Orabank Togo, one of Oragroup’s subsidiaries, has reportedly launched KEAZ, its new digital services offering for retail, corporate and institutional clients.

The KEAZ platform provides its users with a simple and user-friendly experience with consistent information across all channels. The customer can initiate a transaction from a mobile phone and finish it on an ATM, on the internet or with a sub-agent. The omnichannel digital platform will be accessible to as many people as possible through the sub-agents of Orabank Togo.

Users can use KEAZ to start almost all their banking transactions in a secure way with an internet connection from their phone, tablet or computer and also via the mobile application MY KEAZ, which is available for download on Google Play and App Store.

The platform makes it possible for customers without regular access to the internet or even a smartphone to run their basic transactions from a USSD code available from mobile operators. The digital platform will offer internet banking facilities for individuals, businesses, and sub-agents, mobile banking/wallet (Apple / Android and USSD) and ATM (multi-function counter for depositing cash, withdrawal without a card, updating account and customer information).

KEAZ will also offer services such as the payment of water and electricity bills, person-to-person payments, electronic wallet (eVoucher) allowing withdrawals without cards at ATMs or money transfer services.

“This is a strategic step that we are taking today with the launch of this comprehensive digital offer, perfectly adapted to the needs of our customers in all segments,” said Mr. Ferdinand Ngon-Kemoum, Chief Executive Officer of Oragroup. “We are excited to offer this new service to our customers, today in Togo and, tomorrow, in the rest of our home countries to remain a bank in advance in the markets where it operates.”

“With KEAZ, Orabank has planned to launch a wide range of digital products,” said Mr. Guy Awona, General Manager of Orabank Togo. “It will not only equip mobile phone users with digital products but also make banking services accessible and available to all segments of the population by developing a genuine proximity relationship through an ambitious commercial approach.”
