US President Donald Says He Trusts North Korean leader Kim Jong Un

Trump says he gets along with Kim really well

It seems US President Donald has a lot of trust and faith in North Korean leader Kim Jong Un who he thinks will definitely keep up to his words and dismantle the nuclear weapons program.

During a recent interview with CBS’ “60 Minutes,” when interviewer Lesley Stahl asked Trump if he trusts Kim Jong Un, he said he do trust him.

“I do trust him, yeah, I trust him,” the US President said. “That doesn’t mean I can’t be proven wrong.”

He added that he gets along very well and shares a good chemistry with the North Korean leader.

“I get along with him really well,” Trump said. “I have a good energy with him. I have a good chemistry with him. Look at the horrible threats that were made. No more threats. No more threats.”

When the interviewer pointed out about Trump’s claim to love a person like Kim who is accused of alleged human rights abuses, the President said that he is not a baby and that he knows everything thing about Un.

“I know all these things. I mean — I’m not a baby. I know these things. … I get along with him, okay?” Trump replied.

He further added that the use of the word love for Kim was just a figure of speech and nothing more than that. He said that there’s no doubt in it that he gets along with Kim really well.

Talking about China, when Trump was asked after imposing tariffs on $250 billion worth of Chinese goods if he intends to impose more taxes, he said it might happen.

The President added that he wants to negotiate a fair deal with China. He said that he wants the Chinese government to open their markets like how the US markets are open.
