Apple iPad Pro 2018 Possible Specs Show Up In New Renders

Apple is expected to announce new iPad Pro devices next week

Now that Apple has finally sent out invitations for it’s much awaited October launch event which will be held on October 30 at the Howard Gilman Opera House in Brooklyn, New York City, a lot of new rumors surrounding Apple iPad Pro 2018’s specs, features and price have started pouring in.

Apple revealed new iPhones and Apple Watches at its September launch event, so tech analysts are expecting the upcoming launch event to focus on new iPad Pro models, multiple new Mac computers, new accessories like next-generation AirPods and an upgraded Apple Pencil.

On the software side, the iPhone maker is expected to share release details for iOS 12.1 and the upcoming watchOS update that will enable the Series 4’s EKG functionality.

Now coming back to iPad Pro, the Cupertino-based company is expected to roll out the iPad Pro in two sizes- 10.5-inches and 12.9-inches. Both models are rumored to ditch the Home button and feature Face ID instead of Touch ID. Removing the home button from the front and shrinking the size of the bezels will allow the company to shrink the size of the device as well.

Among other specs, Apple iPad Pro 2018 tablets will likely get an all-screen design with no notch, flat aluminum edges, new antenna lines, new speaker placement, new button placements, TrueDepth camera system and maybe even a USB-C port which will replace the Lightning port. It is expected that the USB-C port will also enable external monitors to be used.

Taking note of latest reports about Apple iPad Pro 2018’s specs and features, Hungarian student Viktor Kadar has created a series of renders of two upcoming 10.5-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro variants that show us exactly what to expect from Apple’s press conference scheduled for next week.

We advise our readers to take the information with a pinch of salt as nothing yet about Apple iPad Pro 2018’s specs, features or price details have been confirmed by the maker.
